The Quarterly Grade Reports record the number of each letter grade awarded and percentage of students receiving the respective letter grades in courses offered by the College of Arts and Sciences from 1946 to 1955, and in all undergraduate schools from 1956 to 1968, The series consists of two groups of records. The first group, spanning the period from Fall quarter of 1946 to the Fall quarter of 1955, is comprised of bound and unbound grade reports compiled by the Office of the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. The second group, compiled by the Office of the Registrar, covers the Winter quarter of 1955 through the Spring quarter of 1968.
